HOW TO ORDER

1. Dutch customers, please order directly from www.fotografie-in-3d.nl . If you do not live in the Netherlands, then click  "Place Order"  at the top of the screen, telling us which items you want to buy. Be sure to mention your full address. Also tell us how you want to pay. Look further below for the different possibilities to pay.

2. Wait for our reply email. We will tell you the total cost of all your items and the postage and packing to your country. Also we will tell you how to pay.

3. Please pay immediately. We will hold your items for three days. If you expect your payment to take longer to reach us; please confirm your order, after we told you the total cost. Confirmed orders will be held for two weeks.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

NOTE: All the orders that fit in the mailbox are sent as REGULAR mail, NOT INSURED. All the packages that do not fit in the mailbox and are sent to an address in Europe, are also REGULAR mail and NOT INSURED. Packages that are sent to an address outside Europe (for example USA, Canada) are sent as REGISTERED mail, but are not insured. If you want your package to be sent another way then mentioned here, please mention that to us when you order. Of course you'll have to pay extra for this.

We pack our orders very carefully and make sure that the chance of damage is minimized. 99% of parcels are delivered okay. However we can not be held responsible for the loss or damage to a package once it has left our care. To be clear: we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods, if you choose not take out insurance.

HOW TO PAY

There are several ways to pay us: Paypal, Bank Draft or Cash.

1. PAYPAL.
This webservice (www.paypal.com) accepts all major credit cards. Signing up is totally free and so is paying for your orders. Only the seller has to pay a fee (that's us). So if you have a credit card, please use Paypal to pay us. It's the fastest way too; so we can send your items quickly. We will send you all required information after you place your order.

2. BANK DRAFT.
Sending us money by Bank Draft is also possible. This is a good and safe way to pay. We will give you all the information to transfer money to us, when you send in your order.

3. CASH.
Money in cash is acceptable only in US dollars or in Euros. Only send money by registered mail, because we can not be held responsible if your money does not arrive otherwise. Wrap something around the money, so it can't be seen through the envelope, silver foil works well. You are best advised NOT to send coins by mail.

Check the currency that is quoted on the web site, some give dollar prices, but most are in euros. You can check the conversion rates yourself at this website.
